  • 1 leek, chopped
  • 60-80g butter
  • 2 rashers of bacon, chopped
  • 1 fresh corn cob, kernels cut away from the cob
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 450ml fish stock or water
  • 400g Cooked-In-Bag Goolwa PiPiCo Pipis with the juice from the bag
  • 1 cup curly-leaf parsley, loosely chopped
  • ½  cup of thickened cream





IMPORTANT: This recipe was created for use with Goolwa PiPiCo’s Pre-Cooked Ready to Serve 400g packs.


  1. Bring a heavy-base saucepan to a medium heat, add butter and sauté the leek
  2. Add chopped bacon and cook until slightly crispy
  3. Add corn kernels and cook until
  4. Add potatoes and stock cook until tender
  5. Add pipis, making sure to include all the juice in the packet
  6. Simmer until pipis are heated through
  7. Stir through the cream
  8. Serve and add parsley to garnish
