  • 40g butter, chopped
  • 4 sprigs spring onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons XO sauce
  • ½ bunch coriander, chopped
  • 400g Cooked-In-Bag Goolwa Pipis




IMPORTANT: This recipe was created for use with Goolwa PiPiCo’s Pre-Cooked Ready to Serve 400g packs.


  1. Bring a heavy based pan to a medium-high heat, add 30g of the butter, spring onion, XO sauce, coriander and pipis.
  2. Once heated through, add the remaining butter, stir through & serve.
